I like that Donn didnt seem to care about commision side of things but instead was all about relationship. Donn educated me on the sales proces and implications of different decisions. He understood my goals, and suggeted different strategies, but didn’t push me to do what he wanted, instead letting me decide. My property sold after 4 days on market, and we were able to close early. Donn also helped me buy a separate property a month later, and that property closed early too, in part because of Donn’s help. Great broker, excellent value, and definitely will work with again
